What Less is
Less is a weekly email subscription that delivers 8 brand-true ad ideas every Monday. It is operated by Moonwater, LLC (“we”, “us”). By signing up, you agree to these terms.
Subscription and billing
Less costs $49 per month. Your first Brief is free — your card is not charged until the following Monday. After that, billing recurs monthly on the same date. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime using the unsubscribe link in any Brief, or by emailing hello@less.cm. Cancellation is immediate. No further Briefs will be sent, and no further charges will be made. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
What we deliver
Each Monday send includes 3 static ad ideas, 2 video ad ideas, and 3 quick wins — all tailored to your brand brief. We generate these using the information you provide at signup and update through the edit link. We do not guarantee specific results from any ad idea.
Your content
You own everything you submit — your site URL, brand categories, key messages, and ad copy. You grant us a limited license to use this information solely to generate your weekly Brief. We do not share your brand information with other users.
Acceptable use
Less is for legitimate businesses. Do not use the service to generate content for illegal products, deceptive advertising, or anything that violates platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.). We reserve the right to cancel accounts that misuse the service.
Limitation of liability
Less is provided as-is. We are not liable for ad performance, platform policy changes, or business outcomes resulting from using our ideas. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll let you know via email. Continued use of Less after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
