Who we are

Less is operated by Moonwater, LLC. We take privacy seriously and keep data collection minimal — we only collect what we need to deliver your weekly Brief.

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address, website URL, and the brand information you provide (categories, products, key messages, ad goal, avoid list, and top-performing ad copy). We also collect billing information, which is processed and stored by Stripe — we never see or store your card details directly.

What we do not collect

We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies. We do not sell your data. We do not share your brand information with other subscribers or third parties beyond the service providers listed below.

How we use your data

Your brand information is used solely to generate your weekly Brief. We crawl your website at the time of Brief generation to supplement the information you provided. This content is used only for your Brief and is not stored separately.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted services to operate Less:

• Stripe — payment processing and billing management
• Postmark — email delivery
• Anthropic — AI generation of your weekly Brief (your brand data is sent to Anthropic to produce each Brief)
• Turso — database storage for your account and brand information
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each provider has its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We do not authorize them to use your data for any purpose beyond operating Less.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we may retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email hello@less.cm and we'll respond within 5 business days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll notify you by email before the changes take effect.
